6. Gathering of data

You can view our website without transmitting personal data. It is up to you to decide whether you want to inform us about your personal details.

In case you order products online, register online or subscribe to our newsletter, the provision of personal data is required. This data includes your name, your address, your email address and other personal data, which is asked for by Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG.

Beyond that, single data like your IP address, your browser and access times by your computer are transmitted automatically to our server. We will not use this data individually but only evaluate it on an anonymised basis unless we must prosecute illegitimate access to our internet services.

For your convenience, we use cookies. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data by email. You can read our general terms and conditions of trade at all times. Besides, you are able to review former orders at “my account”.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG only discloses your personal data in case we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. 9. Deletion of data

As far as your data is not longer needed for the aforementioned purposes including the billing, it will be deleted.  In case that data needs to be stored according to tax law, it will be blocked and cannot be used any further.

Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 01.04.2012.

Acceptance of gathering, processing and use of my personal data: I accept the gathering, processing and use of my personal data (ex.: name, address, email address) by Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG for the initiation and realisation of my contractual relationship with Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG. I accept that Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG transmits my personal data to related companies, which are dominated by Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG or to subcontractors, if these are either included in this privacy policy or offer at least an equivalent protection of my personal data. Subcontractors instructed by Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG may only use my personal data for the fulfillment of their respective tasks. I accept the use of my personal data for marketing purposes (promotional emails etc.) by Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG. I accept the transmission of my personal data to the acquiring party in case of a divestment of Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG, companies dominated by Bionatic GmbH & Co. KG, single affiliated companies or parts of the company.
